That intersection has been a problem for years and it’s more dangerous than ever to attempt to merge or cross the street. A roundabout would be perfect. It would provide a safer way to enter/exit W. Napa St, and keep the flow of traffic moving.

If I'm walking this intersection is near impossible to cross. The cars just will not stop, even if I step off the curb into the street. If I'm driving I try to avoid this intersection because it's impossible to cross or make a left turn due to the light timing between the 5th street and Riverside-Hwy 12 intersection signals.
